Shipping policy

All Customers are responsible for shipping and handling cost of their products.  Orders that qualify for local pick-up may have delivery fee if the meeting location is more than 5 miles from seller.  

 

Processing and Shipping

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Turn around times are usually faster than the time I ask the customer to allow but please allow a 7-14 day time frame since all items are custom.  For all custom Resin orders I ask that you allow minimum of 2 weeks to make item and prepare it for shipping. Once your item is completed, estimated shipping may be between 1-3 business days.  I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
