Refund policy

I gladly accept cancellations!

Please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. Your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issues in the amount of your purchase. If your order was a pre-order or you make contact within 3 days you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable 50% deposit fee. No cancellations will be accepted after 3 days of placing an order. 

 

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS but I will accept exchanges in the event you receive a defective product or if there was an error on our part in the production of the product.  Keep in mind most products are handmade so there may be some minor imperfections.  

 

If you have an exchange:

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item description and the reason for an exchange request. Please ship items back to me within (7 days of delivery) in the same condition you received it in.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale
